Refund Policy
Returns
We hope you’ll be delighted with your candle, however if you do wish to return your order please contact us immediately at info@bellescandles.com.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt to the address that we will provide when you contact us.
If 14 days have passed since you received your candle, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The full cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back with us, please therefore obtain a proof of postage when returning any goods.
Providing the goods are in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, with all labels still attached, we will issue a full refund.
In the event that they are not in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to provide a refund, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving the goods by email at info@bellescandles.com
Please include photos of the damaged goods when contacting us.
Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt to receive your refund for goods and postage. Alternatively we will send you a replacement if required, we will inform you of this when we receive your damage notification if a replacement is available.
Please obtain a proof of postage when returning any goods.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Sale Items
Only full priced goods may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
